Okay so this is our FIRST place where we have had our OWN hose and our OWN dirt!!

The boys love to help (of course right, its water and dirt!!)
It is fun to talk about how a plant goes.
We planted together: tomatoes, strawberries, basil, oregano, and cilantro!!
The basil and cilantro are HUGE!! I didn't get that picture (not sure why:)
I have to keep trimming the cilantro because it gets to be taller then my roses!

It is fun to talk about how a plant goes.
Then when we weed we talk about roots and so on. So much conversation happens out here.

This is Ian next to the tomatoes!! It is just one single tomato plant but it is growing crazy!!

I just love the smells, colors and the view out my windows.
It is just so peaceful to look at.

I just love having my little garden. I grew up with a huge one and was able to really gain an appreciation for all the work that goes into making one successful. It has been just over ten years since I have had a plot of dirt that I can actually use to plant.

So Cool. It's been fun checking out your blog.
Thanks for coming today. I had a lot of fun.
Wow! All your plants are looking great! You must have a greener thumb or better luck than us :)
Very cool!!!! Jacob is our little farmer boy, he loves the garden too!!
Okay, yeah so for those ties, they are TOOOOOOOO easy!! All you do it cut out two pieces of material to look like a tie, and sew them together wrong sides together, they have raw edges, it adds to the funkiness, then on both sides of the top of the tie, you sew the ends of 1 piece of elastic there and wala....just measure the elastic so it fits over their head and looks good under the collar of the shirt...hope this isn't confusing!!
They are seriously so dirt cheap to make and so cute, every Sunday I get compliments on them!!!!
